We recently got shortlisted to receive funding to deliver a workshop for young people on the danger of Loan Sharks. As you know, due to the serious economic downturn, unemployment, and poor standard of living, many people find themselves, especially in this season, borrowing money through any means available with unrealistic interest charges. Which means they never get to pay the loan off. Some people have got into alot of trouble as a result of this, including things like assault.
